I hope you had a great start into 2025!
There isn’t much to say for this week, since the holidays are still in full effect, but I’m able to spoiler a bunch of interesting and exciting stuff.
What’s going to come
I’m currently working together with CodeF0x (codef0x.dev) on a little project using ffmpeg.
Since CPUs have come a far way and especially with Apples M-Chips getting more and more powerful, we wanted to find out just how powerful these things are.
That’s why we are currently cooking up a FFMPEG “Benchmark” with a whole bunch of Devices (MacBooks, Desktops and even Virtual Servers) with pretty much every CPU Brand (Intel, AMD and Apple – sadly no Qualcomm).
It’ll take a few more days before that project is finished, but I cant wait to present you with that.
I also have a bunch of posts about cameras in the works.
Overall, there are some really exciting projects in the works I can’t wait to show you.
